What a weekend! The weather gods were at their best again with warn overcast days to keep the temperature just
right. The meeting got off to a rocky start even before the flag dropped but then all seemed to fall into place. A great line up
of all classes enabled us to split the fields for those who were riding in multiple classes and it seemed to work. Some more changes
in the future will see everyone happy! (Maybe). Of the racing I was able to see, I was very impressed with some great dicing and
quick times recorded. The 350 classic was no exception with Mandy Beales on Bill Horseman’s Honda taking control and our-running
Ian Glover in second place. From reports I received, when Mandy rode Bills bike in SA, she broke his track record on her first
outing. Not to shabby – and neither is Mandy!
